Through my experience planning trips from researching blogs, travel guides, travel sites and the like, I figured I wanted to contribute back and give my own impressions of places I have visited. While everyone’s likes and dislikes vary, I like to rate my visits based on my travel triad: Beauty, Culture, and Deliciousness. Beauty refers to how physically beautiful a place is to my eyes. The architecture, colors, landscapes, flora, fauna, people, and overall feel of a place. Culture refers to a place’s identity, history, language, festivities, and how the people of that place live, work, and play. Deliciousness obviously will refer to the cuisines, flavors, desserts, drinks and snacks that make a place unique. These all contribute to my ‘Travel Happiness Factor’, and will be how I rate the places I visit.
