Today, I headed out to the Botanical Gardens/Domain with Paula, the girl I met during orientation. We had a great lunch and sat out on the grass and enjoyed the great scenery–beautiful weather (it’s still winter though), the opera house placed right in front of us as it sits facing the gorgeous colors of the homes in North Sydney. I love it. It’s fantastic. We chatted all about things that were going on in our lives and our lives back home, and finally had to end the picnic as we had other things to do. I think it’s great to have some time to enjoy such scenery–Paula, we’re going for that picnic again!
